dua for a disobedient or violent child

Question:

My son is 5 years old and is sometimes disobedient and violent. Is there any dua for such a child?

Answer:

بِسْمِ اللهِ الرَّحْمنِ الرَّحِيْم

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

Read the following Qur’anic verse after every salah. When you say the word ذُرِّيَّتِي have your son in mind.

وَأَصْلِحْ لِي فِي ذُرِّيَّتِي إِنِّي تُبْتُ إِلَيْكَ وَإِنِّي مِنَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ

(Qur’an 46:15)

And Allah Ta'ala knows best
