I
have a 4 year old girl. When she urinates I wipe off the urine from her body
with toilet tissue. By doing this, will her body become pure?
My husband filled the bathtub with water and amount of water was approx. 100
litre. My daughter took a bath with that water and we did not change the water.
So did the water become impure because impure part of her body touched the
water? If yes, then did her body also become impure because impure water
touched it? Also, this water splashed on me too; so did I also become impure?

In the
Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
After the child urinates, if you do not wash the urine with water but
only use a tissue, then the place of urine will stay impure. However, since the
place of urine will get dry, the impurity will not transgress to other dry
items. However, if the child is put in water, the water will become impure and
anything that touches the water will also become impure. Thus, if you put the
child in the bath without firstly removing the impurity, then the water in the
bath will become impure and if that water touches you, you will become impure
as well.
