1) If her eyebrows appear abnormal or unsightly, it will be permissible to remove some hair from them to make them appear normal. More than this will not be permissible.
Shaping the eyebrows or plucking the edges of the eyebrows to make them thin is not permissible. Women who do this are cursed by Allah according to the hadith. 2) Yes, it is permissible for a woman to remove hair from her upper lip. (Ahsanul Fatawa: 8/75) |
