Question:

_ The local farms like -------------  have their own system of slaughtering chicken. The personnel who slaughter the chicken there recite "bismillahi allahuakbar" on the first few chickens during the beginning of their shifts and do not recite on the rest. Will all the chicken slaughtered this way be considered Halal or only those on which Bismillah was recited?

Answer:

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

_ Those chickens on which the name of Allah was intentionally not taken at the time of slaughter will not be halal. How are you so sure that the personnel who slaughter the chickens take the name of Allah on only the first few chickens? A ruling cannot be given based on mere speculation.
