What is the Islamic stance on plastic surgery if someone has an organ which is disproportionate to his face (eg. too big), particularly if this is causing him extreme mental distress?

Is it permissible to operate a penny auction business (also known as bidding fee auction)?

1) Does it go against the sanctity of the masjid to attend it wearing denim jeans and denim long sleeved shirts? 2) Can I enter and remain inside the masjid without ablution? 3) Does it go against the sanctity of the masjid to remain inside it without doing any ibaadat and instead just sit there with my eyes lowered and my mouth shut?

When I am away from my wife for a while I usually, get an erection without any sexual action or masturbation (spontaneous erection) and a few drops of mazi come out. Since this mazi invalidates wudu (and it happens frequently), what should I do?...

My husband and I got into a fight. He was very angry and full of rage. I asked for a talak. He left the room. When he returned he whispered ‘talak talak talak’ to himself. I did not hear this and was unaware of it...Did talak take place?

In regards to i'tikaf during Ramadan, is it compulsory that the i'tikaf is done in the masjid? Can people in i'tikaf stay in the maktab area, where jamat brothers come and stay?

1) Is it permissible to use an essence in cooking if it contains alcohol? 2) It is proving to be extremely difficult to get a comfortable shoe without pig leather in any part of it. Is it ok if we buy it then?

Can a widow of the age of 45 visit the grave of her husband? Can a daughter visit her father's grave?

In salat, instead of reading Surah Fatiha, if you accidently start reading another surah then stop and start Surah Fatiha and continue normally do you have to do sajdah sahwu?

If you are reading a surah in salat and you mix up some of the verses or you read a verse from a different surah thinking it is continuation, do you have to do sajdah sahw? And after that if you remember the correct order and repeat the verses correctly, do you have to do sajdah sahw?

In nafl salat, is it permissible to make dua in the sajdah? Also, is it permissible to make dua in salat in a language other than Arabic?

Can you please give me some wazeefas for creating love and harmony between husband and wife and for removing friction and disunity between them?

A few years ago, I made a vow of giving my phone to the masjid as donation if a particular problem of mine was resolved. Later, that particular problem was resolved. However, I kept delaying giving my phone to the masjid as donation till my phone stopped functioning. Now what should I do?

I'm 45 years old. I have had urine leakage problem for 5 years. Can I use tampons to hold my wudu for more than 1 salat?...Can a ma’zoor wear leather socks and do masah for a whole day and nıght lıke a normal person?

If a female has a nose rıng, will she have to twıst ıt or remove ıt for wudu and ghusl? If yes, can you please explan where the water actually needs to reach? (the skın under rıng/ ınsıde the pierced hole)

Are women allowed to wear synthetic wigs or synthetic hair extensions (not from human hair or animal hair) to look attractive for their husband?

In my washing machine, I found a used panty liner. I do not know how long it was in there for. The liner seemed washed; it had no smell or substance; it merely had a light yellow colour. Does it mean that all our clothes are impure and we have to wash them again?

Is it permissible for a heart patient to drink a herbal tea (for heart/BP relief) that has alcohol mixture according to the manufacturer?

I work at a 7-Eleven store. Sometimes, customers leave the change and allow me to keep it. My question is that am I allowed to keep that money or does it belongs to 7-Eleven?

Can we put our money in an interest bearing account with the intention of giving the interest money to the poor? Isn't this a way of helping the poor?

Is 'MCCA Income Fund' Shariah compliant?

Is it permissible to take HECS-HELP loan for higher education?

If we buy a home on instalments -- for example $50,000 to be paid over 18 months in divided instalments -- can we ask the builder that if we pay the full amount in 12 months instead of 18 months, can he offer us that property, say for example, for $45,000 instead of $50,000?

Will it be permissible for a woman who is fully covered to ride a bicycle? Are there any rulings that say that it is prohibited for women to ride a bicycle as it can expose the body shape? Will wearing a loose abaya and long scarf not suffice?

What should Muslim men do when their wives or other Muslim women are being mistreated on the streets? For example, if someone makes a derogatory comment about a man's wife or if someone pulls of her hijab. How should men/husbands react to these kinds of situation?

Is watching cartoons permissible in Islam if it has no music.

What is the Shari'ah ruling on Baby Bonus payment scheme by the Australian Government?

The local farms like -------------  have their own system of slaughtering chicken. The personnel who slaughter the chicken there recite "bismillahi allahuakbar" on the first few chickens during the beginning of their shifts and do not recite on the rest. Will all the chicken slaughtered this way be considered Halal or only those on which Bismillah was recited?

I need to declare the beneficiaries for my super & bank accounts. Can you kindly guide what percentages of benefit should I mention for each dependent in the light of Islamic teachings? My immediate dependents include one wife and one 3 yrs old son. Other family members include my father, mother & one brother who live outside Australia.

I am supposed to get married to a woman. However, my mother says that she is doubtful as to whether this woman drank her (my mother's) breast milk when she was a baby. Is it permissible for me to marry this woman?

I have missed many fasts in the past (in my college & university life). I was not sure about the actual number I missed. Alhamdulillah, I have made up many of them based on estimation. Many a time, I may have intentionally broken the fast after starting. I am not sure whether I did this before the age of puberty or not. What should be the age of puberty in this case and what should I do?

What is the Shari'ah ruling on Cetearyl Alcohol, Dichlorobenzyl Alcohol and Glycerine (from animal source) used in Body lotion /cream / soap?

I had heard that it is not permissible to eat/drink from a bowl/plate/glass that has a broken portion. Is this true? Also, what if the bowl is only slightly chipped on its side? Will it be impermissible to use that?

Will it be permissible to do laser eye surgery?

Sometimes in my underwear I see something white but it is not a liquid. I think it's the cloth (wool) of the underwear. This puts doubt in my head and I have to have a bath....

My husband operates a business whereby he imports goods and sells it locally. But he has registered the business under my name.... He has opened bank a/c, has credit card, and vehicles under my name....

Is ones prayer accepted if he changes his intention during his prayer? For example: It is the time of Maghrib and I make the intention of Asr instead. During the prayer I remember that it is Maghrib time and not Asr so I change my intention. Is my prayer accepted?

Can women wear clothing, shoes, and jewellery that have fake animal fur or prints/designs that resemble wild animals such as leopards, tigers, zebras etc or best to refrain from wearing such garments?
